I had a Sears Craftsman 315.17560 (31517560) router (since burned out) that had a router pantograph with it.
I sent a photo of it to Google Image search, and the result was:
“The selected item appears to be a vintage Craftsman router pantograph (such as model 9.25187), used in woodworking to trace stencils and duplicate carvings or lettering at various scales. [1]
What it is
Type: Mechanical woodworking jig
Function: Connects a router to trace a pattern and carve a smaller or exact-sized copy onto wood.
Key parts: Adjustable metal linkage arms, a tracer stylus/handle assembly, and a base plate to mount a router.”
